Double Joy's Board of Management

All important decisions about the running of Double Joy are taken to the Board of Management at regular on site meetings. The Board consists of 16 members of the local community who are experienced in running projects. These influential people assist in ensuring that Double Joy acts in accordance with the wishes of the community, and that its funds are used wisely. They provide a collective wealth of knowledge and prevent Mary from being isolated in making difficult decisions.
